● | Fixed a bug on Move-In certifications for TRACS tenants without unit offers, where the system would return a null-reference error. Case: 12134 |
● | Fixed a bug where voiding a tenant's certification could sometimes cause issues with a previously-terminated HAP Contract for that tenant: It could possibly change the end date of the terminated HAP Contract and could possibly prevent the reinstatement of the terminated contract. Case: 12061 |
● | Fixed the following bug on adjustments made by the MultiFamily Gross Rent Change Wizard: If an adjustment had a start date on the first day of a month and an end date on the last day of the same month, the system failed to treat it as a full-month adjustment. Case: 12127 |
● | Fixed a bug where the system would incorrectly allow users to terminate a Section 8 Portability contract with an effective date prior to the effective date of an existing Contract Activity record for that contract. In turn, this could cause Recurring Transactions for the account to be incorrect. In this situation, users must now update Contract Activity before terminating the contract. Case: 12065 |

● | Fixed an issue when scheduling requested inspections, where the system would incorrectly format tenant names. In turn, this would cause inconsistency and difficulty when sorting or searching for inspections.
